Professional Indemnity Insurance for Law Firms

The Law Society of Singapore Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) is a compulsory scheme that indemnifies each member of the profession against any civil liability claims arising from their legal practice. Under this scheme, members are insured under one uniform Master Policy with approved insurers. PII must be applied for/renewed every year before a member can apply for his/her Practicing Certificate.

Step 3 -

An email with a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 4 -

Type in the verification code to login and renew your PII online.

Step 2 -

Complete your Firm’s details and upload the MinLaw licence from Legal Services Regulatory Authority.

Step 3 -

A link will be sent to your email address to activate Marsh 2-Factor Authentication(2FA).

Step 4 -

Complete and submit the Online Application Form.
