Renewal starts on 1st March of every year. You will receive an email from Marsh inviting you to submit your application form online.

Once your Application Form is submitted, the Evidence of Cover will be sent to your registered email address. You can also view them under the "Insurance Documents" Tab once you log in to the Dashboard.

Policy Wording document is also available once you log in to the Dashboard.

Send us an email on lss-pi@marsh.com with the details of the error and we will be able to assist you to rectify the issue.

You have the option to purchase Top-up cover after you have completed the PII renewal. Alternatively, you may email us at lss-pi@marsh.com to request for a quotation. We can issue an immediate quotation for Top-up limits of up to SG$30 million.

For higher limits, we will be able to secure competitive quotations within 5 working days.

For now, please send us an email at lss-pi@marsh.com and we’ll make the required changes on your behalf.

From June 2024 onwards, you should be able to do this via the “Inclusion/Exclusion” option available online.

  1. Visit LSS PI Scheme Online Portal
  2. Click on "Forgot Password".
  3. Key in your registered email address and click "Reset Password".
  4. A reset email link will be sent to your email.                                       
  5. Click the link in the email to reset your password with Two-Factor Authentication.

Any notification on the 2023/2024 Policy will need to be notified to your previous broker.
